Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday To Saturday)
Weekly Offs: Saturday (Even or Odd) & Sunday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
There will be 5-15 minutes relaxation time and in a week you can come half an hour late.
Lunch Break: Between 2.00 PM to 3:00 PM
There will be 8 holidays each year.

Whenever there are any changes in any of the following
a) Current addresses and Phone no.
b) Permanent Address and Phone no.
Please inform as soon as possible through email.
1. One Leave allowed in a month. If no leaves in a month it will add in next month Maximum 12 leaves will add. No continued leave is allowed.
2. If anyone takes two leaves with Saturday & Sunday then it will go in continuity.
Note: Salary deduct for all absent days.
For example:
a) Suppose if anyone takes leave on Monday and Tuesday then it will be counted as four leaves.
b)If anyone is absent either on Friday or Monday then there will be Saturday & Sunday counted.
3. More than 5 leaves in a month then only working days will be paid.
For example:
a) If 30 days in a month, Employee took 7 leaves then no Saturday, Sunday or any holiday will count as working days. Only salary will be paid for the days coming in the company. 30 – 7 – 4 Saturday – 4 Sunday : 15 days will be paid
Short Leave: In one month there are two short leaves allowed and that is for two hours. You are not supposed to take that short leave before or after the leave. If you want then firstly you have to approve that short leave.
Notice Period: Your services are terminable by the company or you by giving notice of 30 working days from either side without having to assign any reason thereof.
One month’s salary will bededucted in case the notice period is not severed.
Leave/Absent: You cannot take any leave / absent in those notice periods of 30 working days. If you are absent then notice period will be increased by that no. of days.
Appraisal: If an employee receives appraisal in the company, then the employee is not allowed to give resignation until 3 months. In this case appraisal amount will be settled in the last salary.
Note: In 30 working days of notice period, holidays and off days are not included.
